Working With Your Voice Here

Hey everyone

This last week I was able to work on Your Voice Here, and despite some minor difficulties had a really good time with it. Last Wednesday I was supposed to work the camera since Mark wasn't able to come. It was a good experience and nice to be outside, except our combined camera skills weren't sufficient to focus the camera! So, despite some really interesting comments we had to do interviews again on Thursday. Luckily, Mark was able to be there on Thursday, and that helped a lot with the camera, especially making sure it was in-focus. Also, it was nice to be able to do new interviews because we wanted to go in a direction with the interviews that would help lead up to the Boston Conference, so we were asking questions on net neutrality. It was interesting to hear what people had to say, right before we left we had a man who worked at Qwest come and share his comments. He said that he sees the internet following more closely to how cell phones developed. I don't know how accurate the comparison is, but it was interesting to hear someone compare net neutrality to cell phones.

  1. I was so glad you were able to go out and shoot the other day. Was my mistake since we were all in such a hurry that I sent you out with a camera. But sounds like you really like going out. So we might have to arrange another role for you. We will talk soon.
